Saba Cloud includes functionality for learning, social/collaboration, virtual classroom/web conferencing, performance reviews, goals & objectives, succession and workforce planning, recruiting, compensation, reporting/analytics, and native mobile apps for iOS and Android devices. Saba Cloud customers can decide which functionality to “turn on” and when (additional fees required). Most customers integrate Saba with a corporate HRIS (e.g. PeopleSoft) and run data feeds on a scheduled basis (e.g. nightly, weekly) to keep the profile data updated in the Saba system.
